After my directors departure I was left doing her work for 6 months, never got promoted or a title designation or anything. This is my first job so I didn’t really fight like I should have for that.

Anyways, they hired someone over me for the position and I’m now looking for a new role, any suggestions on how to express that on a resume? I don’t want to say I was director because I never got the designation but definitely want to make it known that I was able to manage an entire department lol

What is the average salary for a senior business analyst or a product owner at insurance companies?

Went in to check compare sizes for an Aqua Terra (green dial) but now torn between that and Moonwatch Sapphire (manual wind but the case in the back is just 😍)
