At this point you're probably at a level that a two pager would be completely acceptable. As a hiring manager I would much prefer a two page resume with good spacing/margins that's easy to skim vs. a one pager that's crammed full and hard to read.
Also, leave off early jobs that aren't relevant to your career. Someone reviewing my resume now isn't going to care/doesn't need to know that I waitressed during college.
Short answer, you don’t. You highlight your last 8-10 years. I’ll try to come back and add more later.
I would probably list out your achievements on a section up top. Followed by experience but just include job title, company and dates and unless it relates to the job your are applying to I wouldn't go farther back than 15 years.
I'm almost 30 but have been working since I was 13 and I don't list anything from that time period. Only my professional experience about 11 years.
Also, play around with the margins, font size and spacing. Basically, shoot for one page but don't stress if it doesn't fit all in one page. A lot of resumes are not one page but as long as it's relevant to the jobs you are applying to then going over one page is fine.
