Agency production leads, what qualities would you look for in an AP applying for Producer level roles? What specific knowledge or experience would be useful to push in my resume and interviews?

I have an interview coming up at the end if the week for a process chemist position. The company site is a bit bare since it's a new company. What would be the best way to prepare? What types of interview questions do you feel almost always come up and tips on answering them?

Applying for promotion to Digital Design Lead. 15 YoE, currently making about 82k + profit share. 3rd in seniority and department is currently restructuring. Based on some other internal salary ranges, planning to to ask for 106k, about a 30% jump. How does this look?

I’m looking to transition from an academic medical center to pharma or a biotech. I have about 8 years of clinical research experience overall — 7 years combined as a CRC (CRC I, CRC II, and senior CRC) and 1 year as a PM. I’m also recently ACRP-CP certified.

So I have been made an offer by a company I like but it’s pretty similar to my current package (I also like where I am). The recruiter is pretty intense and is pitting me against another candidate but says I’m the number one choice and is asking me for a number to say yes “but not too high or the team will look at the other candidate”
I’m close to send them to get stuffed. I’m also awaiting a promo and interview feedback from Google. Any advice?

Follow up etiquette help needed! I am expecting a job offer at firm one next week or so. I am into the final phases at firm two. Would it be appropriate to email my recruiter from firm one that they are my preference but I’m far along in the process at firm two and ask for an update on where I stand (to hopefully get an offer faster)? But one peculiar thing is happening. I have appeared for 4 Cognizant interviews but in all I have been rejected. Whereas most of my friends had easily cleared Cognizant. I am switching tech, so I am a bit concerned like whether my knowledge is too shallow😐

Currently a big 4 consultant and got an offer from FAANG for a strategy and ops role that would bring my total comp up 60%.
