Not focusing on literal translation, I think i know the message the poet wants to convey. The great poet, Makrand Dave is from my mom's hometown. I'll translate the poem.

• Let's focus on our work ourselves
• And let the world see what we've done.
• Whoever wants to notice, they'll take a note.
• It's upto people if they want to overlook it or not.
• The people who are dead, but due to their work, they're still alive,
• Why are we living our everyday life as we're dead?
• What you'll get with your bitter talks towards others, towards our family or the ones who are close to us or the ones whom we know?
• Why is it that you want Karma to come at you and revenge you for the same?

The poem in short asks us to spread love, not haterade and poison to the society.

If you want to tie it to corporate and IT, it can evolve around the two-faced people and back bitching people.
You know which group of people I'm talking about 🙂.
