I cleared the IQ test in Naggaro followed by 2 technical rounds but got rejected in 3rd round with Delivery Manager(even though the interview went really well).
Even the HR was shocked as they don't see rejection in 3rd round.
One highlight: in the interview DM asked me Current CTC and Expected CTC. I am not sure if I should have told him or not. Maybe that was the reason

I think it depends on how good the barber is. For a good barber who can do a great fade, a natural side part, etc - I tip up to $10 on a cut that is $30. Especially if I'm going to be going there regularly.
Personally, I would never pay for my hair to be shampooed & conditioned - but I go to barbershops, and not salons.

I used to have a barber I really liked that charged me $25 so I’d tip $15. At the end of the day, i tip on if you’re fun to talk to and don’t mess up my hair.
