Am I the only one who thinks that WLB here is one of the worst in the industry (EU)? How do you guys view it?

First year staff and I think this job is making my depression come back. I find no meaning whatsoever in what I do and just want to cry every morning thinking of going to work.

Not sure if this has been asked before but what are your billable expectations, what year are you, and what size firm are you at?

I have been lurking on fishbowl for a bit and it seems that my billable expectations at my small firm are too high (1850).
