Another day, another final-round rejection. I’ve been looking for an in-house position for over a year. I feel like I’m so close, but not getting offers. Nobody has provided feedback when I’ve asked for it.

How much of it comes down to experience, the market, or other factors? Fifth year in a regulatory practice, if it matters.

My manager has given me rating 1 in confirmatory appraisal on may 18 may which happened after completion of 1 year at wipro.
I raised the issue of rating with my manager immediately , he convinced me not to worry , ratings are already submitted , I asked him to resubmit cause i don't deserve rating 1
So he said he will look if that is possible but didn't changed .Now after 3 months they are pressurizing me to put a resignation,what should i do?
