I hit a burnout wall like this last year. It sounds kitschy but I found basic meditation hugely helpful. I downloaded the Calm app and use a candle flame (either real or app) to focus on and quiet my brain. 20 minutes once a day has been a game changer.

Yes - learning how to meditate (like really, actually meditate) has been super helpful for me too.
Schedule blocks of time on your calendar to handle certain tasks when you're most productive. Turn email off on your phone at the end of the day. I have a running to-do list of things I need to do and just add to it as things come up which stops my mind from bouncing from task to task thinking I need to do it right then. Build in a commute to your day where you shift to a podcast or audio book or music to disconnect for a bit. Actually take time to eat a meal (or a few) instead of doing working lunches/dinners
