Can feel cheesy, but go for the blue light glasses. It’s been a game changer for me

will look into these!
Have you had your vision checked lately? I was dealing with the same stuff and finally scheduled an appointment with an optometrist. Turns out my vision is complete trash and I needed glasses. I added blue light lenses to my frames too and while my eyes still get tired, it's 1000x better than before.

Going to do this too! I had it checked six months ago but might be time to go back
I hate how they look, but also have to say the blue light glasses. I have a prescription for it. Eye doctor appointment just to see if everything is alright and you need glasses or a tweak. Something else was having my monitor at the right height, not sure if that one helped, but didn’t hurt!

Ooo will try the monitor one + def will check on a prescription - thank you!
I’ve found that using artificial tears helps a lot, especially if you’re staring at screens all day. Also, try doing some eye exercises, like rolling your eyes or blinking more intentionally. Taking breaks to get fresh air and looking outside at longer distances/no screens can help a lot.

Will try artificial tears! Plus the blinking thing is so helpful
I get this too my eyes just burn and feel heavy and the only thing I can do to relieve the burning sensation is to close them for a while, which isn’t always possible obviously when I’m at work and staring at a computer, but if I’m at home, I’ll try to rest my eyes. I guess I should see an eye doctor about it but just haven’t got around to it.

100% me too with the burning feeling — reassuring to know it isn’t just me at least haha
