What’s the name typical salary for an Epic Professional Billing/Claims Team Lead? My healthcare company is going live with Epic in July 2022 and I was selected to be on the project team almost two years . No one one the project team has been informed of their future role within the Epic team. I joined @mindtree in Jan 2022. Suddenly there is a 10k deduction in salary in the month of April. The salary slip say 10k deduction as INCOME TAX. Mindtree says "You come under 20% slab according to the income tax calculations. When all the tax slabs are applied you will have to pay yearly tax around Rs. X amount. So that amount will be deducted in monthly basis." Why sudden income tax deduction? Why was that not deducted in the month of Jan Feb March ? How can i recover that 10k every month?
