Any other job seekers getting pretty annoyed with LinkedIn alerts saying company so and so “is hiring” or “you are a top applicant” for a role?
With as much as ~50% of job posts across job boards being fake…can those particular click-bait alerts be paused for now and show some empathy/credibility?
For any job boards out there—how about establishing a program for “certified vetted” alerts for the real posts actually intending to hire?

I have 4 yrs of exp as full stack developer and my current CTC is 15 lpa and notice period is of 3 months. I got an offer from another firm for 24lpa but they have shared the offer letter of DOJ after 2 months and asked me to negotiate my notice period or look for buyout. What should I do in this case? Should I connect with my current hr to negotiate? Cause I tried convincing the new hr to share the offer letter of DOJ after 3 months but she is not in the favour of that.

Then i started a digital design role for 2 yrs and then made my transition into ux. i have been in a ux role for 5 years. But i want to steer my career towards something more creative. Like in 5-10 years I wouldn’t want to be a specialist or a ux director. I d like to be an art director or creative director. I love branding & marketing but also product.
