I feel like during the interviewing process you may have multiple interviewers and processes that go along with that, which means you may need time to compare offers. I want to be honest with the recruiter and say I am going to have to wait and compare offers when they are all on the table, which would be ~1 month.

Working for a big 4 strategy firm in London and would like to move permanently (not secondment) to the US on an L1 visa next year after getting to senior associate. I'm currently working for a startup that has been unable to pay us for 2ish months while they are trying to secure investor funding. They said they will back pay us and (we're working much fewer hours) and they were reaching into their personal savings for months before and never took a salary. Hi, I learnt that I got virtual workforce segmentation which means I can continue to work remotely.

My question is, once the office re-opens do we need to migrate to our base location or we can continue working from our hometown?

Somedays I feel that I will learn everything, work harder than anyone else. I will keep growing.
