Newbie looking for advice.

I currently have the CSP card (have for just over a year). I’m looking to get another CC to get a signup bonus but not sure which one to get. I don’t eat out a ton but do frequent chipotle a couple times per week (don’t judge 😂). I plan on doing a few international trips next year, hopefully with United/Star Alliance network. Planning a trip to Rome and Naples with day trips to Tivoli and Pompeii. Is 1 week enough? I feel like reading through 3/4 day Rome and 2 day Naples itineraries, the trip seems rushed.
