After submitting my resume for the Global Finance and Business Management full time position at JP Morgan (my dream job!), I got a HireVue invite the next day! However, I completed it 9 days ago and still have no response....
When do we get a response in average, and after how much time does it mean I probably am not getting an offer to continue?
Thanks!

Hello Gang, I’m on the business side for Walmart right now. Walmart Global Tech recently offered me a role to move to the San Bruno office, but I’d be taking a demotion from L6 to E5. YOE: 8, COMP(200k base, 25% bonus, 100k RSU). Is this competitive in the bay? I have Doordash and Instacart in the pipeline, but no final offers yet.

That's a smart consideration. For a cosmetically sensitive area like the upper lip, consulting a board-certified plastic surgeon is an excellent way to prioritize the aesthetic outcome.
To find and compare highly qualified specialists for this type of procedure, you might find a platform like Placidway very helpful. They can connect you with reputable surgeons and clinics, allowing you to review your options and make an informed choice.

This is a dermatologist speciality. Why would you think a plastic surgeon would do this????
I’ve seen plenty of plastic surgeons that have this as a specialty, especially if a facial mole requiring stitching. I’d much rather use a dermatologist if you know of any that do this. I’m not just looking for a derm that just prescribes lotions/inspects rashes/etc.
I’ve gone to a regular dermatologist at Stanford that removed a couple moles and cysts. I got a referral to mine from my primary care provider. If you have a PCP, maybe ask them? Or look up a dermatologist via your insurance or healthcare network. When you call for the appointment, tell them what you want specifically and confirm if they can help you before scheduling.
