Any thoughts on Accenture MD and SMD compensation ranges compared to big 4? I know base is lower and a large part of comp is bonus and stocks. But any insights will be greatly appreciated.

Generally speaking on average:
L3 - Partner years 1-4
L2 - Partner years 5-9
L1 (SMD) - Partner years 9+

What is the range for L3 base vs bonus and equity? Has it been difficult to get the full annual equity? Sounds like little to no bonus recently. Thanks.

With the recent changes in sales/rev targets and how they are captured, it’s a bit like the hunger games at Accenture these days. Do not assume the equity grants will be a given each year when you weigh your options.

Also, while you’re add it, ask about MD utilization targets while you’re in the process. I was shocked about the targets for MD’s when I came onboard.
