How long is the interview process for a senior with FDD experience at big 4, Kroll, A&M, FTI, and HL?

What do they ask Technical or Managerial stuff's?

Got an offer from Evalueserve, Gurgaon.
Current Role - Lead Business Analyst (AM in EY) - 12 LPA - 7.5 YOE - Domain - HR & Finance
Questions -
1) How is the work culture in Evalue as compared to EY India?
2) They are asking to join within 1 month, can this be extended to 2 months which is NP at EY?
3) I have asked for 17 LPA fixed. Negotiations are still happening. So, how much can they give.
Note - I can calc. my own tax. 😁
4) Work life balance is imp, so how abt the same?

Copytrading Forex.

Is there a problem with copytrading forex?
I'm in a copytrading system that yields about 3% per month, the trader takes 33% of any profits made that month.
On Forex sites this seems heavily discouraged.
This seems to be a better yield than an Index Fund though.
Looked through the history of the traders and they're doing fine. I generally look for traders that are consistent in the last two years rather than high yield traders.

It's becoming more and more clear to me that my company is discriminating upon women and minorities. I don't have a very strong case for discrimination for my personal situation, but I'm becoming increasingly enraged about the systematic practices that I'm observing.

I've opened up an inquiry with HR on one issue (clear disparity in candidate offers b/t women and other underrepresented candidates vs white/Asian cis men), but I'm wondering if there's more I should do.

What would you do? I was recently reached out to by an exec I worked for at another agency. He’s at a new agency and looking for an EA to assist him, the new president and another exec. However the agency itself is not doing well- no new biz wins, big layoffs recently, terrible reviews on Glassdoor. I like my current agency enough, however, very much don’t like the 2 execs I assist. Would you go rather work for good execs at a bad agency? Or stay at a decent agency but awful execs?

Just talked to a doordash recruiter for analytics manager role which requires 6+ years work experience. They offered 108k base and 107k equity over 4 years. So that ~130k and it’s much less than what I make. The LinkedIn link says the range in Colorado is 115k-149k base. I live in a big city in Pacific Northwest which is not Seattle.
