I gave 4 rounds of interview for Manager 1 but the final decision was that I am unable to raise the bar. The recruitment coordinator asked me if he can keep my details or share my details to his colleagues so that they can check if I fit in some other role in future. Any idea about the cool off period?Amazon
Hey fishes. I am L3 DLS Case Specialist (non tech). I am from Rajasthan and been working remotely since I joined Amazon.
However, company is calling us office and I am tagged to HYD office. I have a family so it's not feasible move out .
Can you guys please recommend some non tech roles for which I can apply in Rajasthan. DLS does not have location in Rajasthan. Amazon
Thankful for good whiskey!

Stand with your back against the wall. Heels touching the wall. Put your arms up at a 90 angle to your shoulders, like you’re being held up (or touchdown style). Keep your elbows and wrists against the wall. Move them up until they’re straight, and down back to 90 degrees, still completely touching the wall. Do this three times a day. The first time you do it it will change your posture for a minute. Each time you do it it lasts longer. See the photo of the arms below, except with your back against the wall, and start at 90 degrees.
Also, pull your head back like you’re making a double chin. Do it as often as you think of it.

This. It’s helped me tremendously.
There are neck exercises online to decrease tech neck. You can also stand against the wall and try to get everything touching it (shoulders and head are a big issue for me) and stand there for 10 mins a day.
