I am currently working in secondary research domain in a leading consulting firm, and have primary market research experience with leading market research agency. Also have 2 years of pre-MBA exp as SAP Basis consultant.

Looking to get into photography and want to splurge on my first non phone / non point and shoot camera. I’m trying to decide between the Nikon Z50 and the Canon EOS RP. I will mostly use it for landscape, and then family friends pets in casual settings. I’m hoping to find a camera I can learn on and grow into. I relocated with my family to Ireland recently, one month ago, and while I got a lot of screening calls with recruiters, I did not hear back from any of them after our interview. I am still on the process of getting my work permit and I am very clear about this during the interviews, but I suspect that this is the reason why I am not getting any call back. Any tips on the first screening call with recruiters? Should I touch base with them after our interviews?

When would taking a break between jobs get normalized in India. If one wants to take a break, he/she needs to figure out first how the gap would need to be explained to the next company.
"I took a break because I needed it for my mental health as the job can become quite stressful as the experience increases" should be an acceptable answer and the companies should stop low balling if a candidate is capable enough.
