I have got offer from Accenture for 20LPA with 16LPA fixed and 4LPA as variable pay.
Now Capgemini wants to retain me and they have told they can give counter offer for 16-16.5 LPA though I asked for 17.5 LPA as fixed what should I do now accept and revoke resignation?
My years of experience is 8.

Fun Fact : When Thoughtworks went public ,the stocks that they gave to each employee touched 40Lac valuation.

So whenever you join any company think wisely, either ask stocks if possible or ask them to increase fixed as much as possible.
