Hello everyone, need a help from you.

Previously my HRA amount was 96000 per annum so I was submitting a rental agreement of full hra without giving pan card details of myself and first party.

Now I have recently joined a new company and here hra is 2.7LPA.

How can I claim the full hra amount? I live in a rented house where agreement is between owner and my dad. Also owner will not accept for a fake agreement too.

Any other alternative do I have to claim HRA? Your inputs are welcome here

not sure if anyone is active in this bowl, but made the move from Sales to CS in 2020! I work in the SaaS industry and our team has over quadrupled in size in the past 6 months. I am a manager and love my job. curious if anyone has any tips for building out a quickly scaling CS team?

I work in inside sales and was curious if call quotas are typical? 150 calls a week are what is expected but I have so many other tasks to take care of that I do not hit this quota. We do not do cold calling so it’s not like I have infinite people to call.
