Is there any advice for networking into projects when you don’t know many people at the firm yet? I always to help on BD work when I’m on the bench, but it never turns into any billable work. Every time I have talked to a partner/senior manager I was told I don’t have the skill set they’re looking for, but I don’t know how to build up from there. Hi recently I was interviewing few candidate for ML engineer and business analyst profile.
Got few candidate (total 6) schedule for that role on lever.
Took interview of 2 of them on day 1 and rest 4 on day 2.
4 out of 6 were from Mindtree.
And none of them were actually the one which they portrayed on resume.
They were liers, they don't even know basic sql, python forget about stats.
Have anyone recently faced the similar situation with Mindtree people ?
