If i’m planning to move to the city (from philadelphia) and start a lease with a friend, what’s the best way to approach the apartment search? should i just visit for a week or two to look at places and then drive all my stuff up? should i just bring everything and sublet for a month? what’s a realistic time frame to secure a lease and then move in? any advice would be appreciated, thanks!

Hey! I have applied to an entry level investment associate in a venture capital firm in my country. As part of the process they will send me some real pitch decks and I will need to do 1-pager investment thesis for each one. I have never done that in the past. Can you please guide me? Is there a template or format I should use? Tips & things to be mindful of will be extremely helpful!

I am currently a year from finishing my PhD and was looking at VC's as a career path because I like to do meta-analysis of different climate change techs. I networked with VCs and one of them was receptive but didn't have the budget currently for a full time hire. They said they'd be interested in working with me to do a research paper over the coming semester, and was wondering if I could leverage this into a full time offer?
