Anyone else feel like the 4th of July crept up out of nowhere this year? I’ve been so wrapped up in work and everyday stuff that I almost forgot it’s this week, but now I’m suddenly craving BBQ, fireworks, and a little break from the usual grind. It always makes me think about how everyone celebrates so differently, some go all out, others just enjoy the quiet. What are your 4th of July plans? Staying local or getting away for a bit?

5 years post-MBA and all my classmates are VPs in industry or Principals in consulting/IB (some are even Partners/MDs already). I sat in the same classes with these folks for 2 years — probably outperformed some of them academically. Yet, here I am continuing to struggle with my student debt payments, hoping that “Uncle Joe” forgives 20% of it. I’ll never have that kind of earning potential because I didn’t come from the “right background” pre-MBA.

I have accepted EY IN Offer.
Now I am getting calls from EY GDS for interviews.

I am not sure if u should attend the interview or not at GDS.
When I shared this scenario with my EY IN HR, she said please don't attend it may create conflict and you may also get blacklisted.

EY GDS HR is like, you can attend the interview, there's no problem at all. We don't have such a policy. Please suggest what decision I should make.
