Anyone else get stressed out just from seeing a Slack notification pop up? I swear my heart rate spikes every time even if it’s just a 🙌 emoji or a “Thanks!” message. My brain immediately assumes it’s a passive-aggressive request, late-night feedback, or another last-minute fire drill. It’s like my nervous system is on high alert 24/7. Is this normal now, or just a sign I’ve been burned one too many times?

But because of my Sales Experience my profile is not getting shortlisted.
