2. IBM Consulting (Relavant exp 3years) - Application Developer designation = Full stack developer role(React+Java+Springboot) role = 10.5LPA fixed + 1.5LPA(company and individual variable)

I have an offer from Accenture. During interview I have informed about the location specification. However recieved offer with some other location. Based upon HR's confirmation I have accepted the offer and after a month I have recived updated offer with my preferred location , this time she also updated package components where package is decreased from my actual offer.
How should I deal with this,they are sending updated offer letters with multiple errors
