Accenture HRs are liers, I got a call on 9 Aug from HR, they scheduled my interview on 17th aug then
Suddenly some other HR called in the evening that the interviewer is not available on that date and now your interview is scheduled tomorrow, exactly same thing happened with my friend,
I confirmed if the first round is panel interview or mettl test as two of my friends had mettl as first round recently, she told that yeah the link I will send is of mettl only. She sent link the next day and it was of panel interview. Obviously I didn't get time to get prepared well.
They don't know how to properly plan things.

I tried, interview reschedule happened 4 times. Fifth time I told HR that I reject Accenture. Please don't call me again. 😂

Accenture is known for messing up the whole recruitment process and their hire & fire policy..
Better avoid it..
Accenture is very well known for all these kinds of stupidity, candidature on hold for more than months, candidature closed after hr rounds are common, someone should take strict action against them

Accenture Strategy recruiters are most mean and hopeless i have ever come across in my career. Shame is also a small word. I have strict policy to tell BIG NO to Accenture whenever their any recruiter calls. I really wud suggest to boycott their hiring process.
I faced the same issue too.
I was invited and while starting the interview they asked me to show original ID proof and didn't consider aadhar as id.
So the hr said to reschedule and I never responded back and told her on call it's too early to check my Id 🤣
For me it was Offer letter shared, offer went into rejection by Recruiting team. Then after over a month they reinstated. In that Link you will find people emailed on the day of joining to send details to the candidate for joining formalities, and they did not share any information. And weeks passed by and no update. This is really worrying me.

This is happening since Accenture has outsourced recruitment activities. 😑
I don't think they have outsourced their recruitment activities as whenever you check the Recruiting HR's linkedin profile, he or she will be an employee of Accenture

I faced the issue of not able to apply the jobs related to my skills once i have posted my resume on their site. While applying their site says we don't have any related jobs to match your skills.

I got panels in second time. Bu my friend still struggling. He joined meeting 4 times but no panel.
I faced the same issue with Cognizant . After salary discussion they forgot to send the offer . I followed par koi response nhi. I directly pinged the hr in linked , he finally responded that opportunity is no longer available .
Difference here is Accenture HR wouldn't have responded 😀

Accenture HR did screening of my resume 2 times so far. They never ever come back to me for an interview. I am based in Mumbai. They have even insisted that they had job openings in Mumbai and bangalore. While asked me for location preference , obviously i asked for Mumbai. They even agreed too.
After that long telephonic call, they never called me back again.
