Hi Everyone. I completed my 1 year in EY in October 2022. And in my profile, they have updated it to Senior Analyst now. But that was a progression that happens every year and I have not received the incremented salary.

Now that they are giving increments to everyone, will I receive both progression and increment or my progression will be counted as increment.

I am currently working as a UX-UI designer. I shifted my career into this field just an year ago. The truth is my learning in this company is not much leave apart the salary.
