Anyone else run into independent or firm SF recruiters that are a little *too* into it? Interviewed with one and they had SF branded everything on and in their office.

They were shocked that I didn’t go to any events and wasn’t really all that active in the communities. This is just a job and a software I use. 🤷‍♂️

What are some red flags you've noticed in the hiring process? I've finally landed an interview after weeks of applying. I think it went well on my end, but something about the managers I spoke with just feels...off.

Can someone explain me what's going on with Accenture recruitment? My joining date was 29th of this month. HR called me day before yesterday and preponed it to 26th, later today she called and saying that due to high volume of candidates, the Onboarding is freezed and so my candidature is pushed to September 5th. I have been approached by 3 separate HR people at a startup company to interview for a position. I already have a fulltime job that pays well and I only started 6 months ago too. Anyways, the pay was intriguing and the job was a high level scientific advisor so I did interviews. At the last interview, at the end I was told the job was for management but I prepared for a different kind of interview. I am waiting for an offer or rejection letter. I feel peeved that they wasted my time. Red flags?

I had a weird exp. with Wipro. I had my interview for AI/ML role which I cleared. They said, Your next round of the interview will be sched. this upcoming sat. I waited for their call but didn't get any response. I tried to contact the concerned HR but no response.
I sent the mails, No reply.
After that, I got the call that job location has changed, it's Bangalore, Pune. Are you interested.?
I said, I am ok with it. He said, Ok.
Call disconnected. It's been 2 weeks, still waiting.

I just got an offer for a senior software developer role at $150k starting. It is a small start up with 28 people in the team and AI driven. My recent salary was $118 so it is quite a jump for me and I really liked the VP I spoke to. Very somber and smart guy.
However, I have several other interviews coming up ranging from big corporate to app companies. Shall I decline the current offer to explore more or accept it but push my start day to later so I could stillbdo the other interviews?

I gave an interview in Accenture and the manager wants me to move to Hyderabad,but I'm comfortable with the Kolkata location. I've cleared two rounds and now the Hyd manager is telling me that if I move to Hyd otherwise they will not proceed with my application any further. Can anyone suggest to me what can be done here?
