Anyone else run into independent or firm SF recruiters that are a little *too* into it? Interviewed with one and they had SF branded everything on and in their office.

They were shocked that I didn’t go to any events and wasn’t really all that active in the communities. This is just a job and a software I use. 🤷‍♂️

Btw, the person is in a “Talent Acquisition” position at the company.

Did a first interview with hr rep, went very well. she set up the hiring manager meeting for a few days later. Met with the manager. Another great conversation, went over time and was told I’d hear back about panel set up. Following day I get a request from hr rep to “continue the conversation” with manager. This is set up Tuesday.
Why do you think the manager wants to meet again? Good? Bad? I felt great about the interview when we ended.

How do you know when you’re over-prepared for an interview? I’d like to get to that point where I’m over-prepared so I can get this job that I want. Thanks.
