I’m In the south and I’m a very low key member of my DSA chapter, but I want to be more well-versed in socialist efforts and I wonder if attending something like this couldn’t also help me frame how I can talk to people around me about organizing.

I went to a three-part panel that Labor Notes hosted, but never to a meeting. The people there seemed to be very pragmatic, exceedingly normal people who would be excited to work with someone new.

Going on 1.5 yoe and still learning how to organize and deliver customer-centric features at a bank. I’m feeling overwhelmed and eternally behind when it comes to scoping intent and managing timelines. In fact, I have not gotten a timeline together yet because I am still determining features required. I am having trouble detecting features required because I do not know customer preferences, and I don’t know customer preferences because I have only industry data. Does PM always few so chaotic?
