If your current employer is treating you well, paying you market rate, and you enjoy the work you do, I don't see why you would want to leave. However, it's always a good idea to expand our horizons by trying something new.
What do you want to change to?
I pivoted careers a year after ug bc I knew I was made the wrong choice and I’ve never regretted it. It’s scary but if you really feel it in your gut, make a plan and follow it while you’re still young!
Any advice on how to pivot? I got into consulting late and couldn’t go big 4 in undergrad. I was hoping to move in as an experienced hire sometime this year
