Anyone familiar with Virgin classes of service from London to east coast US? I booked Delta comfort but the trip back from London is on Virgin. Travel record says “economy delight” but seat map puts my selected seat in “economy classic”. Plane is an Airbus 330-300. Any advice?

Two of my last three hotel stays have had incorrect charges added. I was able to get both resolved by calling and being polite but is this common or was I just unlucky?

The first we were given someone else's restaurant/bar charges. The second we were given a random fee for using a reward night that apparently was supposed to be billed to corporate but was instead accidentally billed to my card.

I'd like to think these were honest mistakes but then again how many people would blindly pay it?

A few months ago I asked the question about using travel smart routers to host a VPN to disguise your location. The purpose of this is to have a working vacation in a foreign country, without telling work about it. My work computer has restricted access so I cannot install a VPN service on the computer without help from IT. My work around is a smart router that can directly host a VPN. Best New Years trip for two

Just used a meaningful amount of AMEX points for the first time to buy flights to Greece for my wife and I. Emirates business class both ways for 2 people, 290k pts total or 145k each way for 2 tickets. Plus another 30k to get us round trip domestic connecting flights bringing the total to 320 points. This is on the 777 which isn’t the best business class product out there, but I’ve never flown international outside of coach and think it will still be worthwhile. Think this is an OK redemption?
