I applied for a job there, no reqruiters were mentioned at all on the LinkedIn role page, the head of their office replied that oh I'll let the person know you contacted but didn't give me the name :D isn't a recruiter supposed to be a “public figure”?? Well I found her but she did not even open the inmail message.

Anyhow, one of the questions that I had was does it matter if I'm not filling the GPA? I didn't have them at hand when applying🤔

I am working in TCS as a BA (Third party), recently I have been initaited to join TCS on permanent basis. My domain is Business Intelligence / Data analytics with 4 years of experience. Current CTC is 7 LPA. How much increment can I expect ? is there room for negotiation ?

5th September is my last working day at Infosys. Yoe=4+ yrs

I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.

I have been giving a few interviews lately and every Company is asking me to confirm if i can get my NP reduced from 90 Days to 45 or 60 Days. I'm still under probation but assigned to a Project already. Should I ask my Account Manager and HR about it or its unethical to do so. Am i making a mistake to ask and confirm about NP even before my offer letter or its ok to just enquire what's the process and possibility to reduce NP as we have buyout option too.
