What do you do when there’s absolutely nothing going on at work? The projects I’m working on are all in production, and I’ve raised my hand several times about taking on new work, but there’s nothing right now. Don’t get me wrong, the down-time is nice…but I’m hungry to make stuff.

I’ve worked for the same company for seven years and have received one raise. I’m a designer and creative. Making around 45k. It’s time to make more $$$, right?!

Guys anybody from Verizon have received the hike percentage for performing rating. I think this year also they won't adjust the package with market standards. ? Can anyone throw some light on this. For last 2 yrs i am receiving performing and also manager haven't initiated the mts 3 promotion. Please share a way to get a hike than getting only 10 percent

I have 2+ years experience with Salesforce, before Salesforce I was a full-stack dev with some DevsOps experience. I worked for Finance Services and Oil & Gas companies. Right now, I wanted to make a switch to Aviation, Aerospace or Defense company. I’m in Texas, specifically Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. 2016 - $45,000 (non profit)
2017 - $65,000 (in house admin)
2018 - $80,000 (consultant)
2019 - $98,000 (Sr. Consultant)
2020 - $130,000 + 15% bonus (Sr. Consultant)
2021 -$175,000 + 12% bonus (delivery manager)

Had an offer for 30% more , a promotion to manager, extra week of vacation to switch firms. I love where I am at with my clients and there is a lot of potential there. Should I stay the course?
