Is April month salary slip generated in FIS Global ??? Mine is not showing, when it will generate?
I doubt they didn't give me quarterly variable , I joined in mid February and even salary came less than previous month.
Did they deduct tax in April month salary of it is then fine because they didn't tax in March month .
Kindly comments if anyone have idea .
Thanks

I have already completed 1 year with Accenture and is now eligible for a sub level movement. What is the usual increment given for sub level movement? And what should be the ideal fixed package for level 10.1 ?

I would take it if I could get a job!
Day rates at $800 or $100 an hour. Being told that is waaaaaayyyyy too expensive. And being being offered staff gigs at $150k.
What position are you looking for?
Yep. Asked to work hourly or half days. I’m over it
At a job i had 2 years ago - they asked me to takes “a couple of days off or work half days to see the project through”. If i hadn’t warned to account director several times in status meetings and via email that his inability to manage the client’s input may result in the schedule getting pushed and I’m only booked till x date” and If i like him, i maybe would have done them a favor. But since he was a total d—ck, i was like HELL no! They said “other producers are more flexible” they were referring to the jr content producer that was booked at $45 an hour through some digital subcontracting firm. My response was - then hire her again, she’s ripping herself off - I’m NOT the one.... lack of management on your part does not necessitate me having free down days. NOPE
Ha. I’m getting offers that are less than I was making in my 30s. Less than when I was a junior. I don’t think this is ageism though, I think it’s the way the industry is heading. Lots of younger people are taking gigs through staffing agencies, not realizing the agency is doubling their day rate to the employer. So when they find gigs on their own they’re taking that halved rate, thinking it’s normal. At least that’s my theory
It’s not just agencies that are hiring young people through staffing agencies. It’s all the digital agencies paying less and traditional agencies following. Who still pays $1,200 a day - someone tell me, please!
I have 20+ years of award-winning experience - and, right now, I am getting paid exactly what I was making in my 30s.
