I'm a firm believer of "if you are good you are good" even faang finds you at small firms. Don't worry your firm sounds good!

Not at all! I love my company, I love my projects, and I wouldn’t leave just for the chance at something better, because I know from experience it could also end up much worse elsewhere

No regrets but also depend on what other opportunities you have in hand and where you want to be when you exit. Working for a boutique now, here’s some of my pros & cons(ymmv): pro: pay, people, promotions, company culture, WLB con: network(esp if you are using professional), job security(if your firm isn’t great at BD)
