I think 98% of FB won’t be able to give accurate specifics. This is a massive caveat to what I’ll say below.
I’ve heard that new partners generally start with guaranteed comp around $300k-$400k. This scales fairly quickly, and I’ve heard multiple times that within five years most partners will hit $500k. From there it’s dependent on your performance as a partner. Plenty of partners stay around that level or increase another $250k. It’s possible to make $1M+ as a more senior partner - and the heads of offices/industries/practices make more.
Make of that what you will!
(I used to work at a wealth firm that specializes in consulting partners, so I have some knowledge on the Big 4, but more on the big consulting groups).
