I'm hearing that it's a false interview process and even after clearing the rounds they are not giving offers.

I did it this week and let me just say it was the weirdest conversation ever. The guy is usually argumentative and tries to disprove every bit of feedback. But this time he just sat there and asked no questions and said nothing.
