Don’t do ittttttt. He has such a bad rep
Yes this is true. There are several ethical violations. He uses this platform called neolegal and it’s his son’s company. A total violation.
Super micromanagement. Think cameras recording comings and goings, all calls recorded, etc. Burns through people like you wouldn't believe.
Do not do it! I just quit from there. Him and his female executive are horrible leaders.
I interviewed there last year and received a job offer but declined due to insane employment demands they have. 6 days a week. Practically no PTO.
This is without doubt the most traumatic, horrific and terrible place to work. No one with the slightest bit of potential stays longer than 4 months. I’d rather be homeless than work there ever again
Lit or pre-lit?
At the end of the day, I, and many others, truly enjoy the job despite the negatives but plenty of others feel the negatives outweigh the positives. Ultimately, the job is what you make it. Some people love it and thrive and others quickly find the environment is not for them and move on to bigger and better things for them.
Hope this is actually anon! Lol
Run.

I was wondering the same as I am a legal secretary/assistant with more than 20 years experience. We moved from Utah to Corpus Christi and I saw reviews on Glassdoor that were not favorable. I'm hoping to find something soon.
It's a bit of a rite of passage to work at TJH. I will say it's not a good place to work, but you may learn something while working there (not necessarily just legal stuff)
