Anyone have guidance on how to get the city to maintain or clear easements?

We have an old utility easement behind our fence that's no longer used. My only issue with it is that the weeds are growing through the fence and pushing against my fence. I have no way of clearing them short of dumping chemicals over the fence, which I'd rather not do.

Considering a move into Corp Dev & Strategy at the Sr. Analyst level, with a pay cut to current comp. Is it better to target Manager level roles, or leave now?

Hey all, transitioned from the military last spring and got a UX product manager position at a bank.

Pay is good, but missing the mission aspect of work. Have interview offers from Microsoft and Amazon for cleared PM work, but most of them are less product manager work and more adjacent program work.

This might just be grass is greener thinking, but would love to hear if you have made the transition if you enjoy cleared PM work or do you wish you stayed in the non-cleared space?
