Currently going to school for my cannabis certification but I rarely see any jobs that offer cannabis research. I currently work in a lab/greenhouse environment and would love to continue that line of work with hemp/cannabis. Yet again no luck whatsoever, just finding jobs as budtenders or running a dispensary. Does anyone know where I can find research-based cannabis jobs? I’ve been a freelance print production designer for many years, and usually on-site in the before times. Now I work remote, and am finding it uneasy dealing with billing. Before I always billed hourly, which made sense, but it’s becoming an issue now. Some companies don’t have a full days’ work, so it seems wrong to bill full days, and it allows me to juggle projects for different companies, but my billable hours are down. I know I should bill a daily rate, but not sure that will fly. Thoughts?

Anyone struggling with imposter syndrome? When I worked for a very well known Fortune500 tech company I couldn't help but feel major imposter syndrome. One- I am a woman in a male dominated industry, I didn't go to a prestigious school like most of my peers and I just didn't think I deserved to be there.
