Anyone have insight into what the final round of Uber Strategy and planning interview looks like? Is it more case studies or mainly going over the work product?

I’m nearing my two year mark in Consulting. I was already interviewing but corona has halted my plans. Since leaving now might be a bad move, what can I do now to be a better candidate in the future?

I know Mck is the top for strategy, but in terms of digital/design in top consulting firms which do you think is better? Mckinsey digital or deloitte digital? (Or another..?)

l interviewed for Deloitte (India not USI) in January, and accepted an offer letter with DOJ of 25th April, later HR asked me to join on 11th April for which I agreed. Now I haven't received the revised offer letter or any links other than BGV and Pre-Hire form from Deloitte and now the HR is not even picking my calls or responding to emails.

Any advice on what to do?

I have joined Capgemini in the month of July and have never been on bench before. After joining till today (5th sept) I'm on bench. I've been working at my current job for about a year now and I'm finally beginning to understand how the company works.

It's not easy, though. It's a small company, which means there are only a few of us in each department. There is no dedicated training team, so we all have to learn new things on the fly through trial-and-error or by asking our coworkers for help. The management team seems to be pretty hands off when it comes to project management and project direction, so it's up to us engineers to figure out how we want to spend our time and who we want to work with.
