Hi all! I’m new! I started the year off planning to save for a home for myself, then rates skyrocketed. So we’re holding off. Fast forward to the final quarter of the year and we were presented with the idea of a residential assisted living facility. Hi , I have joined IBM 20 days back, got rejected in two client interviews till now ,the interview was full deeper . From last 1 week there is no update from anyone. Worried about the future. Had another offer from cognizant which I got before Joining IBM but it has 30% less CTC and the joining date is 26 dec

Any idea what is the best decision to take. Can I stay here on bench for long time

My joining date mentioned in IBM Offer letter which I received just a while ago is second week of November, 2021. However, I have 90 days notice period. It also says to accept within 3 days and a clause is written that joining date can be revised only till 5 days. Will ibm revise my joining date ? I am very anxious it's too late so I cant even call recruiter.

How is my tax calculated, will IBM ask for my prev. comp Form16? (or my ctc is prorated for Dec,Jan,Feb,Mar)
