Bain & Company Bain & Company Do you have any insights into what they are expecting in the second (last) round? I saw that there are two cases and a presentation. Are they more interested in professionalism than the "analytical" skills assessed in the first round? Do you have any more insights into the presentation?
Many thanks in advance

How much in hand if 12 lpa package in TTL
Hi,
I'm currently having an offer from BlueOptima and Cohesity and am conflicted between the two.
I have offers in the SDET profile.
Cohesity Inc is providing me MTS and @BlueOptima is providing SDET-1.
Glassdoor reviews more of less place the two companies almost equally, and the package being offered by the two is almost in the same range.
My preferences include:
Learning opportunities in the role.
Company's work environment.
Company's growth prospects, are also a consideration.

I haven’t applied to HDR, but I handle intern candidate hiring selection for the last couple of years. Companies don’t expect you to know a lot but to come with an enthusiastic and collaborative energy. A huge factor now is how the individual will be able to work with many different teams quickly, as your time as an intern in limited. Focus on active listening (instead of listening to respond, listen to understand and learn) and own what you do as a task representing you and not something to just complete and walk away from. Always come to the interview armed with questions. You should be interviewing the company as much as they are interviewing you. I always have a better sense of an candidate who has great questions. Good luck!
I work with HDR as a client they will look after you if you have the willingness to learn. I've had candidates go in as grads and come out as seniors who have worked on pretty cool projects
