Hi. I am completing my MBA in 2 months from University of Toronto. Due to family reasons I wish to move back to India( Delhi) and looking for consulting roles. I have 4 yrs of workex in Audit and about a year’s experience in VC and incubators for startups. Anyone willing to refer me for open roles for Associates/Sr. Consultants? Or which companies might be hiring right now? Thanks!

After spending 4 years as a mid-level ops manager, I tried to break into HR through talent acquisition. Now after 6 years in TA, I've had a hard time getting out of it. My goal was always to get into a more broad HRBP position, but I've since worked for smaller orgs without a solid HR career path. When I ask about my career goals, they keep telling me, "Soon!" Or "Maybe in 6 months!"

This question may not be related. However I wanted to know from personal and family point of view how it is like to relocate from India and live abroad .
Let's say Family consists of husband , wife and a kid . I understand we will get good facilities, education, cleanliness , good air etc , however I wanted to check whether people gel up easily in the new environment? Don't they feel loneliness/ difficult to adjust? Do they look for similar asian nationalities to kill boredom?
