Our agency doesn’t do interviews as part of the planning process, maybe fairly common given timeframes for projects. Trying to figure out my personal planning process though and I get a lot out of talking to people who fit the target — however, I have no clue how to find the right people outside of people I already know. If you have experience finding interviewees on your own would love to hear how you go about it.
