Anyone know of companies where remote care manager nurses don't end up working 7 days per week or about 60 hrs due to high case loads?
My husband has been a nurse for 10 yrs and switched to case management 2 yrs ago. The first company he worked for was hybrid and had him working about 50 hrs per week. This company is fully remote and has him working about 60 hrs per week. I feel this is affecting our marriage. He likes that it is remote and higher pay but I see he is exchanging it for time.

I'm paying arround 22k emi for the same but unable to exempt tax as the loan is on my father's name.

I googled a lot how to transfer it but neither gift deed nor sale deed would work as the property is on mortgage that's under bank's ownership (until loan is fulfilled).

When someone tells me bad news regarding their health, I say everything I am supposed to say (I’m sorry to hear that, I’m here for you, etc) EXCEPT “everything is going to be ok”. Because I can’t guarantee that and I really don’t know if everything is going to be ok. Nursing is the only job I've had where I've wanted to quit every week. I always come back to it.

How has seeing patients in clinic changed for you? We get our patients from the parking lot one at a time.

My mom won't wear her Fitbit to bed. She has a pacemaker and has had a fib. We got it for Christmas so we could find out while she's in an episode and not a month later.
