My mom won't wear her Fitbit to bed. She has a pacemaker and has had a fib. We got it for Christmas so we could find out while she's in an episode and not a month later. She read or saw somewhere that it interferes with pacers. I looked it up and it's not a legit concern, but wanted more opinions before I advise.

Only placing a magnet would “interfere “ with a ppm. It would demand pace There is no problem using a Fitbit with a ppm

Hi Guys,

Not a check-in, need some help and guidance. So I am 26 years old guy, weight is 76kgs. But I look like my weight is around 85kgs (that's what my friends told me).

I want to lose weight and fat, target is between 65-70kgs.

I was thinking to do jump rope and do some strength training at home (I have dumbbells) and eat little less.

Please advise what routine should I follow to lose weight and fat? Is jumping rope enough to achieve the target?

Thanks a lot. ❤

If you're looking for inspirational films about addiction I highly recommend The Resurrection of Jake the Snake Roberts. It's a documentary about the wrestler who had about as bad an addiction problem as you can imagine. It goes through his problems, despair, but also shows his road to recovery through platonic love, support, and he finds redemption. It's great for anyone like me that tried and failed to get sober for years. I have over a year now for the first time.

I like to look at pros and cons. Pros of the Prison my boss recognizes my hard work, I have great pay, and a great schedule. Cons-there is at times unequal distribution of duties, some bad attitudes with some of the staff. PPE is not always easy access, who knows who. What’s your thoughts?
