I just got a long-term sub position (~4wks) to kick off a new kinder class. It’s my first time with public school Kinder, and I am NERVOUS! Any tips and tricks for routine and building class unity?

How the heck can I teach a kindergartener over the computer? It's all hands on in my class for the first couple of months. I have made and bought so many manipulatives but I can't send twenty home with the kiddos. When we do go back to in person learning they want to separate my kiddoes into two groups and I have to move between the two classes to teach. I'll be hauling my stuff on a cart to each class! I'm overwhelmed at the thought of all this.

Hi everyone, I’m seeking some advice - my dog (8yrs old) was attacked several months ago by another dog and after she became depressed and anxious. We got her anti depression meds and those seemed to help but how a lot now a lot of signs are pointing to a potential brain tumor. To get an MRI is +1k. My mom doesn’t want to spend money but it just hurts me so much to see the behavior - she walks around in constant circles, looks sad, seizures, hides under the bed. Any advice would be appreciated.

Having worked with energy now for a decade, I find myself enjoying the craziness of it all: You're always two decisions (in Moscow or Riyadh) away from prices halving or doubling. War or no war is quite often a sensitivity, and adoption of EVs/renewables/biofuels will be between X and 10X. Find it hard to imagine doing strategy work in the less volatile/crazy domains - what could be more exciting than this 😋

I know GH underpays lower than market, but I’m having a hard time gauging how much more. Not enough reports on Glassdoor for my company and city. Working as an analyst in Energy Practice assisting case teams with renewables, utilities, O&G, digital strategy. Net experience 2 years! Want to go for higher studies.

1. Go for technical masters? (if yes, do recommended some good courses)
