Hi All, Today I've resigned and my LOD is 2 Sept. Can anyone please let me know for these 90 days salary would be credited only after FnF. Or June'22 salary will be credited as usual, however, July and September salary would be credited during FnF. Please confirm or suggest.
Regards,
HCL Technologies

That’s sounds very specialized, so hard to say. I would just take the phone screen, shouldn’t need much prep.
If it’s regular pgm. then probably an L6 role 220-260 tc if you’re exiting before PL2. Again hard to say this sounds specialized/needs
To clear 300k as an L6, more likely need to find a PMT-tech or PMT-tech ES role.
300k is too high for PMT, but PMT-ES maxes out at 350k. However PMT-ES has a technical bar associated with it, hence the higher salary.
220k for regular pgm is way too high, that’s what L6 PM’s make. 180k is much more likely for pgM.
Also, very curious about WLB… I’ve heard Amazon can be rough. This would be with Amazon Care FWIW
It’s a senior role but sounds like a non tech PM role? Location, tech vs non tech all play a major factor with comp. As a recruiter at Amazon, I would make sure your comp expectations align with our comp bands before moving forward and in an effort to not waste anyone’s time, mostly yours. Ask your recruiter for a clear and open convo about comp, if they can’t deliver, tell them you’re going to look for other roles within Amazon. It’s not cool to push someone to a PS when a candidate has questions.
