Anyone live in NJ but work in NYC? I live in NJ and am looking to take a role where l'd be commuting to the city 4 days a week. The recruiter I'm working with suggested I figure out what my take-home might be at the salary I'm targeting(140k) to make sure that I'm not wasting my time. I can mostly figure out what transit will cost, but I'm trying to gauge what l'd pay in taxes living in New Jersey and working in New York. Does anyone know of an app or some sort of calculator I can use?

Does anyone stress about student loans? I have $176k in loans and as January gets closer, the panic attacks have gotten worser. Our company is considering offering 401K employer match. We are about 200 employees venture backed company. We have about 60% participation mostly the non HCEs and only some key employees contribute. We always pass top heavy test and wpassed the 2019 ADP/ACP test. We are aggressively hiring and project there will be increase in participation, particularly if we offer the match. Given this information would it make sense to continue with a traditional 401k plan or go with safe Harbor plan?
